XLPE insulated(flame retardant) power cables comply with GB/T12706.1-2006, which is equivalent to IEC 60502-2004, the flame retardant property complies with GB/T 18380-2009 which is equivalent to IEC 60332-2004.

Allowable long-term working temperature for cable conductor is 90 degree
Short-circuit temperature for cable conductor is below 250 degree with duration less than 5s
Bending radius in cable laying should be more than 20 times of outer diameter for single-core cables,and more than 15 times of outer diameter of multi-core cables;

Ambient temperature should not be minus in cable laying, and pre-heating is necessary if it is below 0 degree, also the laying is not limited by the drop heights.
