Standards
Rated voltages up to and including 1KV Aerial Insulated Cable implement the standard GB/T 12527, AS/NZS 3560-1, BS 7870-5, VDE 0276-626-Al, ANSI/ICEA S-76-474 . Rated voltage 10KV aerial insulated cable implement the standard GB/T 14049.
Application Properties
Rated voltage is up to and including 1KV, 10KV.
The conductor long-term maximum working temperature:PVC and PE insulation should not exceed 70 °C,XLPE insulation should not exceed 90°C.
During short circuit (maximum permanent time is not more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of cable conductor : XLPE insulation 250°C, High-density polyethylene insulation 150°C;
When laying the cable, minimum ambient temperature of laying should not be lower than -20°C.
The minimum bending radius:≥20 (D+d)±5%mm, D is the cable overall diameter, d is the conductor diameter.
